    Sania Mirza crashed out of singles event of the French Open after the Indian was handed a straight-set defeat 4-6, 6-7 (3/7) by Kazakhstan's Galina Voskoboeva in a rain-hit opening round match of the clay court event here today. The 22-year-old Hyderabadi struggled with her serve right through the match, committing 10 double faults and dropping 27 of 37 points on a woefully short second serve.The Kazakh girl took the only break in the first set in the 6th game and saved four break points on her way to winning the set 6-4.
